Dustin spent over 20 years in the commercial finance world before purchasing Metro Garage Door in 2020. He has taken lessons he learned working with business owners to create a business that is relationship-focused, where clients and employees all feel valued. Dustin lives on a hobby farm with his family.

Bill started in the garage door over 30 years ago and brings extensive knowledge in sales, service, and repair. As a leader at Metro Garage Door and a key member of the commercial sales team, Bill uses his experience to educate customers, solve complex challenges, and deliver the best possible solutions for every project.

A former educator, Will enjoyed building a curriculum and working hands-on with his students. Will has brought this passion to our team and with over a decade in the garage door industry working both with commercial and residential customers. Will (Master Technician) now helps ensure our team of technicians are properly trained.
Sydnee Petersen
Project Manager
Before moving into project management, Sydnee built a foundation in law enforcement that sharpened her structure, accountability, and communication skills. As a Project Manager at Metro Garage Door, she oversees projects from start to finish with an organized, team-driven approach. Outside of work, she enjoys lifting, reading with her cats, concerts, and time with friends and family.
