Owner / President
Dustin spent over 20 years in the commercial finance world before purchasing Metro Garage Door in 2020. He has taken lessons he learned working with business owners to create a business that is relationship-focused, where clients and employees all feel valued. Dustin lives on a hobby farm with his family.
Bill Reger
Vice President
Bill started in the industry 28 years ago. He specializes in sales, service, and repair. His extensive experience allows Bill to educate, problem-solve, and find the best possible solutions for our customers. He ensures that garage doors are rolling across Minneapolis–Saint Paul! He is passionate about sports, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Alleyah Lambert
Assistant Vice President & Head of Operations
Before joining Metro in 2021, Alleyah was a 4th generation Deluxe worker, a criminal justice study, and proposal writer for a small marketing firm. Alleyah is an out of the box thinker, a pusher of change, and a true disrupter. Taking pieces she learned from each experience, she believes there are no limits. Alleyah is responsible for all the operations at Metro Garage Door ensuring the smooth process of procedures and customer care.
Chad Theisen
Residential Sales Manager
For over 13 years, Chad has helped homeowners across the Twin Cities find the best garage doors to fit their style and needs. He takes pride in educating homeowners about garage doors before settling on a final product. Chad loves fishing in his free time and spending time with his wife, dog, and two cats.

Commercial Project Coordinator

Will Toppson
Field Resource & Education Manager
A former educator, Will enjoyed building a curriculum and working hands-on with his students. Will has brought this passion to our team and with over a decade in the garage door industry working both with commercial and residential customers. Will (Master Technician) now helps ensure our team of technicians are properly trained.
Sydnee Petersen
Project Manager
Before moving into project management, Sydnee built a foundation in law enforcement that sharpened her structure, accountability, and communication skills. As a Project Manager at Metro Garage Door, she oversees projects from start to finish with an organized, team-driven approach. Outside of work, she enjoys lifting, reading with her cats, concerts, and time with friends and family.
