Our garage door springs broke while we were on vacation. I was able to schedule this while still out of the country. He arrived the morning after we returned, called 20 minutes out to let me know he was on his way. Our technician was Phil A. I was not able to get the garage door open for him so he was happy to do that for me. He was polite, efficient and placed a sticker on our wall near the opener for reference, discussed their warranty and was here and gone in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend the company and Phil without hesitation!

My garage door opener, that was owner installed several years ago, failed. I called Metro about 4 PM yesterday, and my door opener was repaired before 9 AM today. The repair tech, Randy, explained why it failed, what was needed and performed the repairs/upgrades necessary for reliable operation. He provided a great deal of information on how to maintain the equipment Pricing was fair and reasonable. I will call them again in a heartbeat.

I was expecting that the whole door might have to be replaced, but Will explained that some minor adjustments and some new track (or channel) would suffice. On a record setting snowy morning, I was ready to leave for work at 6:30 a.m. when I realized the cable on my garage door had snapped. I called Metro Garage Door's emergency 24-hour number. By 7:15 I was notified the driver was on his way. Technician Will arrived by 8:30 and was finished by 10. He was very professional and efficient. He explained what he had done. He also fixed one of my remotes which had not been working. Great job. Very happy with the service, especially in light of the hazardous weather conditions.

Metro was out twice in the last month and gave us great service. We were having some issues with our garage door and found out it was fifteen years old. The tech was so helpful. He made a quick fix and said listen, if things start going wrong, just get a new motor, because these only last about 12 years and it'll just nickel and dime you. Sure enough, during the Polar Vortex, the motor pooped out. Kyle came out and assessed the situation and gave us a great and affordable recommendation. Reliable Garage Door came out on a Sunday morning. Free estimate, no pressure. They were able to fix our door which was off track, broken hinge, needed adjustment and an additional re-bolt/screw to the garage ceiling. Alexander was here just over an hour and completely fixed our door with professionalism and at a very fair price. Even did a few minor adjustments w/out charge. He was fast and to his/their credit and name reliable. I would highly recommend Reliable Garage Door and are actually looking to have them replace our rollers with a belt system in the near future. I called the day of, and a tech was at my house about 4 hours later. Great service in my case. I needed a torsion spring repair. Was quoted $208 for the work. Steve arrived, was quick and efficient. He explained why the problems surface and how to help prevent them. He was courteous and all-in-all a great experience. He noted that I needed a general service on the rails and such and for $41 he completed that and now the garage door is practically silent, smooth and I am incredibly happy with the results. Steve was exactly the type of professional I would have hoped for, I trusted him and he did what he said he was going to do. I will certainly use Metro as my Garage expert and recommend them to others.
